As part of the service, we provide regular on-site inspections, while between inspections we offer continuous professional advice via telephone and email. This ensures that our clients always have access to expert support whenever questions or issues arise.

Any non-compliance or risk identified during on-site inspections is documented, together with practical and achievable corrective action recommendations. All findings are recorded in a formal inspection report, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Within the scope of the retained service, we prepare and maintain all required occupational health and safety documentation in a timely manner. These documents are included in the service fee and do not result in additional costs for our clients.

Our retained service is available with monthly or quarterly payment options, allowing flexibility to suit the operational needs of the business.

For organisations where legislation does not require the mandatory engagement of an occupational health and safety professional, we also offer a favourably priced annual retained service, ensuring that prevention and workplace safety remain a priority.
